DAILY SCHEDULE



Below you will find our different schedules we will follow! If something is changing throughout the event we will put this up on our notice board in the SUP village.

SUP 11-City Tour NON-Stop Schedule
Friday: 7:00 pm registration + skippers meeting + opening dinner
Saturday: Starts between 7:00 am – 12:00 pm according the expected total paddle time of the athlete.
Sunday: Finish between 12:00 am – 19:00 pm

Tuesday = Registration Day
2:00 pm – 5:00 pm Registration 5 day event
5.00 pm Official opening SUP11 City Tour
5:15 pm Start of the Prologue, represent your own country!
6:30 pm Opening dinner

The general schedule Wednesday-Saturday:
7:00 am – 8:00 am Breakfast at own sleeping boat/house/own accommodation 
8:00 am – 8:30 am Registration for ‘day’ athletes
8:00 am – 9:00 am GPS Pickup:
8.00 am Skippers meeting + Award ceremony
Lunch: at resting places
3:00 – 7:00 pm Dinner

Sunday schedule
7:00 am – 8:30 am Breakfast at own sleeping boat/house/own accommodation
8:30 am – 9:00 am Registration for Sunday athletes
8:45 am – 9:30 am GPS Pickup:
9:00 am Skippers meeting on Sunday for everyone + Award ceremony
Lunch: at resting places
3:00 – 7:00 pm Dinner

Skippers meeting
The ‘skippers meeting’ will take place every day at 8:00 am. Athletes receive crucial information about the course to paddle of that day.
Pre-skippers meeting: Digital via Whatsapp.

We would like to provide you with important information regarding the routing. Please be aware that this routing is subject to change. The final, correct route will be explained in detail during the Skippers meeting.

We understand the importance of having accurate and up-to-date information, especially when it comes to navigation and safety during the race. Therefore, we will provide you with all the necessary information to ensure that you have a successful and enjoyable experience.

Please note that any changes to the routing will be communicated to all participants as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

ACCOMMODATION



Accommodation | Sleeping boats
Participants of the event can opt to stay in comfortable sleeping boats that follow the tour each day. The ships will be docked close to the finish line every day, with shower facilities, toilets, and a social hangout zone for athletes to relive and share stories of their daily challenges. You are welcome to check-in from Tuesday and stay until Sunday morning. Depending on the boat you choose, you may need to pack on Sunday morning and leave your bags on a different boat, which will be communicated on Saturday afternoon.

Sleeping boat Costs
€465.00 for Athletes from the Tuesday - Sunday: Includes breakfast.
€175.00 extra for a single room.
€580.00 for Non-Athletes from Tuesday - Sunday: Includes breakfast, dinner, and drink coins.
€200.00 for Athletes during the weekend stage from Tuesday - Sunday: Includes breakfast.
€80.00 extra per night before or after the event: Includes breakfast.

Accommodation | Holiday house
Newly introduced in 2022, participants can also stay in holiday houses located in the charming town of Witmarsum. These houses offer more space and comfortable beds. A shuttle is available every day to take guests to and from the start and finish lines, and the price is inclusive of the shuttle service.

Holiday house Costs
€400.00 for Athletes from Tuesday - Monday.
€180.00 extra for a single room.
€525.00 for Non-Athletes from Tuesday - Monday: Incl. dinner, and drink coins.

Campsites along the route
You can also arrange your own accommodation on a campsite if you are sleeping in your campervan.
