The Competition option
The SUP 11-City Tour is an exciting and challenging event that takes participants on a 220-kilometer journey through the picturesque Frysian waterways in the Netherlands. If you feel like you want to measure yourself with other competitors, you can approach the challenge with a competition-driven mindset, striving to be the fastest and most skilled paddler in the group.
The tour brings together some of the best long distance SUP athletes from around the world, each determined to push themselves to the limit and achieve their personal best. Paddlers train rigorously in the months leading up to the event, perfecting their techniques and building their endurance to tackle the grueling course.

until June 15th 2025: 100%
between June 16th 2025 – up until July 15th 2025: 50%
between July 16th 2025 – up until August 1st 2025: 25%
